OLIVIA'S STORY

I am one of London’s top personal trainers as well as a renowned yoga teacher at one of the worlds leading yoga studios; triyoga. I have travelled worldwide studying fitness and yoga with some of the world’s leading coaches. This has given me the ability to create specific programs for women in the comfort of their homes using minimal equipment. This approach not only sees results, but it allows busy women juggling a work life balance to be able to have some time for themselves to support their bodies and wellbeing with expert advice.

 

I have studied multiple disciplines and continue to further my eduction which is incorporated into my programs. I have most recently been working with supporting the body through injuries and preventing them by fixing any imbalances.

I deliver a tailored program to each client allowing them to achieve their goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way.

I come from a sporty family and after years of playing hockey I slipped a disc (L4) and shortly after was diagnosed with coeliacs disease. My journey into the body, movement, nutrition and deepening my spirituality then began. All of which ensure a better lifestyle.

Since then (ten years ago) I have travelled worldwide to study and continues to do so. I believe there is always
more to learn, and this approach is what makes my programs so successful.

 

I was a nanny in London after university. It was during nannying that she realised how difficult it is to maintain a fitness regime whilst supporting and raising a family. Equally I know how important it is to have a fitness regime to support your body but also your wellbeing. Having a personal trainer  allows you to schedule time out in the day for yourself without having to think about what sort of exercise you need to do; you can leave that to me, knowing you will have the results you desire!
